Plastic washer behind inner tie rod.

Steering assembly Washer
Hello!
I've been having trouble finding a part. It seems to be a washer for the steering assembly, it sits in the steering rack behind the inner tie rod washer and lock. I found what it might be, but I can't find the part number for it. All Honda Parts sellers list it as figure 36 but never include in the list of purchasable parts as the last catalogued item is #33.
If i can't find the part, would it been fine if I omitted the part since I'm unable to identify it?
