Looking at a used 2001 Honda CR/V, 42,000 miles on the odometer. Dealer
wants $15,600. He moved to that price from the initial price of $15,999.

Should I be able to do better? How? Seems unwilling to budge.

Im sure that you can get that car for 15,000 even. Try and negotiate a
deal with the salesman.

If he won't budge on the price, get him to throw in some accessories. He
can probably 'write it off' to get the sale. Maybe you need a roof rack
or a bug deflector, window tint, etc ? ? ?
