honda 99 prelude.... where to go to install??

hey... my friend has a 99 honda prelude. he bought the jdm window thingy, but he lost the instruction on how to install it. does anyone know where he might be able to go to get it installed? he's gone to a few places in the bay area and they said they didn't do that. what's more puzzling to me is that i've never seen it on a prelude, but i've seen a few FIT on here with it. he would greatly appreciate any help since that JDM window thingy been sitting around for almost 2 years now. :P

:)
