Best way to smoke taillights???

Best way to smoke taillights???

Anyone in the SoCal 310 area know where and the best way to tint or smoke out the tailights

you could always go to your local craft store and buy paint or spray tint, works the same way

spray tint, blah blah blah, or bake the lenses off and spray the housings. IMO, looks better

on my accord i just black housed the tails and the headlights, everybody would spray tint, i personally have never done it

The way I found to do it is to use VHT NiteShades or Pactra spray-tint. You need to use a special technique to work it though, don't just spray and leave it - it will look like crap. You need to spray, wetsand, spray, wetsand, spray, wetsand, clearcoat, wetsand, clearcoat and then polishing compound until it is smooth, then apply wax to seal it. This is the way my boyfriend did it on his accord and it came out perfect.
