I've read some talk of an upcoming 2010 Honda Fit Hybrid. Unfortunately the upcoming 2009 Honda Insight is a CVT automatic transmission. My understanding is though that the original Insight came with a Manual Transmission option.

Why no more Manual Transmission Hybrids? I won't be buying the new Insight because I prefer a Manual Transmission.

Anybody know if Honda has a medium for providing customer feedback to them about this issue? I'd like to see a Honda Fit Hybrid with a Manual Transmission.

I don't think it matters at this point.
It's not coming to the US anyway.

 

They won't really care as they probably have done their market research.

 

CVT is actualy better on gas... according to honda... hence the CVT being the only option....

 

Why does the 09 Insight not coming to the US?

 

the 09 insight is coming, i belive it is the 2010 Fit hybrid that is not at the moment
