Bought a 12" x 12" sheet of blue hexcel texalium and two new emblems from Honda. Removed both emblems from car. Cut the texalium in the shape of the emblem, drilled a couple holes for the emblem to poke through. Mounted right up just like factory ones came off. Hexcel fiber tends to fray at the edges more than carbon fiber, so rubbed all edges with clear RTV silicon to prevent that over time.

Parts:
CarbonSales.com (Blue Hexcel Texalium)
Rear "H" emblem 75701-SAA-003
Front "H" emblem 75700-SDN-000
Four 3mm push nuts

Where can I buy the H Honda emblem part number 75700sdn000 without being racked over the coals for shipping? Most online places show it for a teaser @ $13.28; however, shipping is $15 and some add handling besides that.

Nice...if you had put a acetone clear sheet -trim'd to size- ova the top of the laminate and then the emblem on top of that, then you could get that shine of real c/f look..
