Rattling noise in rear of car

Can anyone help me please!! Got 2 new rear tyres fitted to my car last week as due MOT, when I was on Motoway had to pull in as sounded like I had rear flat tyre, mot got passed 2 days later and the sound remained. Took car and got all wheels rebalanced as wasn't sure if it was this. Sorry long story, i'm a woman!!! Anyway, noise is still there!! Can anyone please help me as I'm at a loss especially with it just passing MOT.

How bad is the noise? Maybe it's just the tire vibrating? My Goodyear Eagle GTs vibrate a decent amount and are noisy when they're cold, but then not so bad when they warm up. The stock tires on my fit never vibrated.

Thank you for replying. Depends on speed, worse on motorway, sounded like drivers side, now like passengers side. Sounds like driving with a flat tyre to me. Someone said wheel bearing but it went through mot and noise was there before then, i'll maybe get some new tyres at end of month because that's when it happened and they are 2nd hand as they call them here..
