any fitfreakers can do me a hugemungoustronomical favor? i just need a ride to lake forest so i can get my fit out of impound on the 1st, the only snag i might encounter is that they might not release it to me unless someone with a license can drive it... at least that's what american honda financial told me but i'm not sure how far i can trust their info since i could barley understand a word she was saying her east indian accent was so thick, maybe another member on here would know for sure, but yeah if i could just get down there so i don't have to pay for anymore days in storage while it just sits there. that would be majormondofabuloso!of course i would like treat to lunch or breakfast or dinner or dessert or throw ya some gas money or what ever man i'm desperate so you can rape me and i wont complain, thanks!
@gimme: sorry i gotta be a bum like this. i know you would dan, i also know you a normal person with m-f 9-5 and wife and kids so whenever you do offer help is huge and i appreciate you lookin out as always, don't worry about it, just lmk when you can get down on the un-install pretty please, i take it you didn't find any parts to trade for labor?
@vinn: d00d!!1 i'm in aliso viejo, as long as the yard don't close like at five it might be close enough to pull off, it's on muirlands and el toro so just a few miles from my house, as long as you can drive stick, i'd be majorly indebted to you, kind sir. pm me if you're still down to try. thansk and red bull!

okie dokie fellas
so after all my stressing out and flipping out and anxiety over this whole deal, i got my car back. PRAISE THE LORD!!! HALLELUIA SWEET JESUS!!! THANK GOD!!!
super thanks to super fit for being not only the first but the furthest to offer his help. thanks to everyone else who offered their time as well. it was a major headache to try and coordinate, but it all came together perfectly thanks to jeff (fitn-in)!!! he lives like, right across the street and was able to save everyone else from making trips all across so cal.
i do still need to strip the fit back to stock. so what i would like is to throw perhaps a little wrench meet. i gotta two car garage, and my car is likely to take up a good portion of time depending on how many heads show. but there is a park right across the street tho, i can litterally throw a rock and hit it from my drive way, for more peeps to kick back and hold a more traditional meet. with tables and benches and bbqs. but then also i gotta a pool too, with a nice grill on my balcony. so if whoever or how many ever people can make it or decide to show it would be totally chill. there's also laguna canyon just down the street for a cruise. and i know a bomb spot for pix! like a super bomb spot off pch like you wouldn't believe!
i know it's short notice, like i said the main thing is gonna be swapping out all the goodies on my ride, so it's whenever dan has the time. everything else would just be an added bonus for me since i don't have a license and can't drive and am having to sell my fit. i was hoping to see some old familiar faces and meet some n00bz at the same time. guess i'll make a thread as soon as i can nail down details. please discuss...

Glad I was able to help you out! Bummer about all your bad luck, bet everything happens for a reason. Sorry I had to bug out so quick, but my wife had me booked to help her out at 4. Let me know when you want to wrench, I'm off for the summer and I can bring any tools over that you might need. You've got my number, just call me up!
It may be sooner than later. I thought as a general rule of thumb, that a tenant has, at minimum, 30 days notice to vacate premises. But I may hAve as little as 3 days when and if my landlord officially serves me papers. So, um... maybe possibly Mon or Tue, perhaps both, depending on any difficulties we might encounter or how much time you have in your schedule to devote. I'm too exhausted to think straight right now. I don't wanna bother you on a holiday... you have my number in case you wanna plan for Monday. Sorry for becoming a burden. ):
