do you have any pics of this installed? Also is cutting of the rear bumper necessary?

No pics installed sorry man these are still brand new and you can measure the bumper.
if anything you will have to cut the diffuser to fit it where the tow hook is

What method would one use to mount it? Exhaust clearance is another concern, so I guess I need to take measurements.

It does seems that way doesn't it? If you have a GE8, you have nearly everything you could want!

But I digress, I just want to see this mounted on a GD3 and how hard it was to mount and what "mods" have to be done to get this thing to fit right.

I am seriously interested in purchasing one if I know it can be made to fit without too much hassle and is functional aerodynamically.

this is just ridiculous. it provides no benefit because it doesnt cover the whole area under the car. i mean, it may look good, but air is still being trapped under the car

Then it isn't a diffuser is it?.. If it can be employed in a way where it redirects a large portion of air flow away from the inner side of the bumper the remaining air that gets around it and is trapped can easily be dealt with by venting the bumper.... Most of the cosmetic things I have seen done to cars and serve no other purpose than looking stylish aren't in the least bit appealing to me.... The rear bumper itself looks nice but it is a parachute.

I measured the dimensions under the bumper and it looks like it wil fit. You will have to remove the triangle piece behind the tow hook

How is the fit in front? Is there a gap that would allow air in, if so is it possible to use sheet metal or plastic to close it up.... I really hope that this Top One Aero product is something that can be made to work as means to diverting airflow from the rear bumper... It certainly is rugged enough.

Not really but you can trim it down to fit I mean it's only plastic . It's easier to shape and mold than metal

i know this is a bit off topic, but have you guys tested to see if the front splitter you guys make for the EK civic fits on the GD? i only say this because i used to own a EK civic and the GD front lip fits on the civics bumper, if it fit, that front splitter would make a nice addition to the GD and would help you guys have a "new" product for the GD

Lol it won't work on sport lip. A front splitter is suppose to be at angle slightly up unless you want it for looks. Also it will have a slight gap in the middle with the sport lip and even more do without a sport lip
