How about a more specific question... From what I've heard most people pull the fender to fit to a specific wheel/tire combo they have already selected.

depends on how much you pull and what size wheel and offset your trying to fit.

Yeah,

I really depends on how MUCH you pull and roll. Make sure the fender is heated up so they are pliable and you dont chip paint. I would recommend putting the wheels you are trying to fit on and then measure (or eyeball)

Im sure they can the fenders are soft. I would recommend having a body shop to it though for that much of a roll and pull

My fronts were pretty flush, I was able to roll and pull by hand, had to do it gently. I'm not sure I could have gone any further without heat and a roller or bat.

You can pull an inch(25mm)with no problem. I and a bunch of people done it already.

Any pics of pulled fenders front and rear. Sounds like the next best thing when having low offset wheels. Plus I think it makes the fit looks a bit more aggressive.

In essence yes, but if you go at it like a fucktard its going to show because it'll be wavy. Pull back the front fender liner and tuck it under the lip on the fender and you should slowly be able to bend that flat, then you can pull it evenly.

+1 on the heat gun if you're not going to fork out the $
I used a heat gun and rented a roller from a local shop and I still have nasty chips in the rear.
