Do you think they are taking 15 inch steel wheels + dunlops?? Or just 16 inch alloys?

I own a base and don't want my wheels stolen

i am fairly certain they are targetting the oem 16" GE8 alloys, and the 15" GD6 alloys.

Looks like its only hitting the north side. Nothing like coming out from the bar and trying to drive off with your wheels missing.

well, i didn't ask my in-laws to garage my GE for 2 weeks while i was gone on a biz trip for nothing.

i would not take this warning lightly guys. thieves WILL steal your wheels with or without those stupid wheel locks. they are easy to remove without the key. if you must park in the street or some apartment complex, get a tilt sensor and aftermarket alarm.

I haven't seen these wheels on any other cars. Who is buying them, and for what vehicles?

I've seen them on older civics and on a del Sol.

Yea you usually see them on 90s civic, del sols, etc. Dont worry no one wants the base wheels, only the sports. Sometimes I just browse civics on craiglist and see them with fit wheels, I always wonder how they really attain those wheels.

I wonder, would the wheels be less attractive if you pop out the center cap and replace it with something like those electrical junction box knockout covers, that DSM told me about?

Well, Honda Fit wheels aren't the only thing I wonder how people "acquire" on Craigslist/eBay. Something, you can't help but think, its the five finger discount.

My next car (either an FG2 or a GD3) will not be parked in a garage. However it will have a tilt sensor/aftermarket alarm, and if I hear that going off, within 10 seconds I'll be out there with my trusty Beretta A303.

I no scare.

I'll have to choose from the arsanal. M4, .300 win mag, Remington 12 gauge, Tauras 9mm, KAR 98, Glock 27. Pick your poison and I don't miss with any of 'em. We don't play here in the south.

Violent bunch are we?

Sorry, my experience with guns and other weapons is quite limited...

I rather have the thieves think my car simply isn't worth bothering with.

edit: haha... i just realized how stupid I sound... with my Enkeis! >.<"
