Just want to say, Hey! Got a new 2012 sunburst orange sport a couple weeks ago.Replaced my '03 Matrix. I guess the orange will be a novelty since its been discontinued for 2013. Works for me! Am totally happy with the new ride. Took a ride this weekend down the coast and was very pleased with how the Fit handled the hills and performed well in the passing lanes. Smiles all around. 700+miles now and our best mileage was 37 mpg on the trip to Santa Cruz. Box stock right now but hoping Santa might bring some Classios and maybe an armrest. I've been good! I swear! Thanks to all the members for all the great info here. I've been reading lots of old posts .

 

Welcome! Ya, I agree the OBM color will be a bit of a novelty now that it's discontinued and I've really grown to like it. Just had another stranger walk up to me and tell me what a great color the car was as I was parking it.

Sure is a fun car to drive around in SF though I've been finding much lower mpg when driving exclusively in the city. Have a 26mpg avg at the moment. The Fit definitely likes to be taken out at FWY speeds where the mpg returns are much better.

I've found the stock armrest to be fine. Enjoy your Fit!

I love that color. I almost bought a 2012 like it. I found a much better deal on a different color one but really would have liked the burnt orange. Enjoy you new ride.
