Lets pretend for a moment that there is only one type of dynamometer, one type of correction factor, that the weather and fuel everyone uses is the same.. and that they are all forced to use the same tuner..

Every single Fit will dyno out differently, even when stock and all of the above is kept the same for the purpose of discussion. Add in mods, engine wear, and the list above and you will get significant deviations.

As long as my butt dyno tells me the tune is good and the engine doesn't blow up I'll be happy. I hope I won't have to buy and install larger injectors.

That be lame. It needs to be sold in levels, with the entry level being practically stock/basic I/h/e.

You seem confused on what the FlashPro is, every car will be different anyways.

my sheet with DSM's info is already on here in one of the stickied flashpro threads...

And if you look at the percentage gained NOT the peak numbers, I improved by like 14% on a BASIC fuel updated only map.

Later this year, I will have further dynos to post, but I'm focused on tuning my suspension before I chase more power.

I'm sure most numbers are going to be between 90-100hp and about the same for torque... these car's aren't very powerful, fun, but not very powerful.

Entirely depends on what has been done, what dyno, what fuel, atmospheric conditions, engine health and what the tune-up looks like.

Estimates are worthless. NA won't necessarily make much without a lot invested, there are atleast two north of 150whp, one of which posts here now and then.. There are FI Fits being DD'd that are putting down >200whp, a surpising amount are on the Auto Trans. We have a handful stateside, and a few dozen overseas that I've had my hand in. I'm confident there's more than that.

One in progress in the Middle East with a big cam and a 56mm Holset in a divided T3 12cm2 hotside going on, that'll boogie for sure when it lights.

Yes, I well aware of how HP is computed (engineer with 20 years experience), but still... even with 150 whp.. its still just not that powerful. I'm sure those cars have had a huge amount of mods to get them to that. I still haven't seen anything with mild mods make it there. (CAI, exhaust, and a few other mods)

Mind you, I OWN this car and drive this daily and have put on a full suspension and sway bar set up. But really the engine makes 117 hp.... most powerful cars pump that much HP in the ACCESSORIES, much less the wheels. I wish the forumla cars would have taken to this engine, but I think ford beat them to the punch with a engine with more support. It is even difficult for the honda people to get a TUNER. While ford, chebby, and dodge get all kinds of support. Maybe i'm just complaining...

just wishing for more support for this awesome little car.
