Go to lings Honda and contact them. Tell them you want the front and rear bumper for the fit/jazz hybrid. They will ask for your vin, and then give you the p/ns. Take those numbers and shop around local dealerships for the best prices.
Edit: in your case, you need to ask for the redesigned headlights and fenders.

Is your jazz the white one in the picture above, or the grey one in your signature?
If its the white one, you will only need to purchase the bumper and front grill.
but if its the grey one you would also need to purchase the new headlights and fenders as you can see they are different and would not fit the jazz hybrid bumper.
Google lings Honda parts. They are a UK Honda parts supplier and should be able to answer specific questions about the parts. The UK definitely has the jazz hybrid so don't worry about not being to get it. Once you get the part numbers off of them, find a closer country to you with the jazz hybrid and contact a dealership there with your part numbers to save on shipping.
By the way, this is all assuming that the body kit is OEM. If not, you'll need to find the name of that body kit, and go to the UK club jazz forum. They should be able to help you better as this site is more US centric.
