Salt Lake City Garage Recommendations

I plan to buy a Fit Base tomorrow, and would greatly appreciate it if anyone can recommend some shops in the Salt Lake City valley who do good work. My first items would be a light tint on the rear windows, mud guards, and a bicycle trailer hitch.
I would also like to install the OEM center armrest console as well.
