She should know to watch out for giant rolling tires when sightseeing on the side of the road in Japan. It's just common sense.

That was in China, not Japan.

1. The writing is in Chinese on the road surface.
2. Vehicles are on the RIGHT side just like here. Japan drives on the wrong (LEFT) side of the road!
3. Trucks have 'yellow' color license plate. Should be white in Japan.
