Hey all I was driving today and shifted into fourth gear and as I did that it felt like the gear had to catch up. After that when I press the peddle the engine revs normally but the vehicle simply doesn't move nearly as fast. There is a kind of ticking noise around the rear passenger side that just popped up as this happened but idk what around that area would cause a lack of power. I could smell a kind of burn scent.

I'm at a loss of where to start with this. The spark plugs are new. There was no noise when it happened. Also the e brake was not on. Thank you

Yeah probably. I'm going to take it to the dealer. Probably gonna be a $600 job lol
