any taillight mods


I blacked out my taillights a couple weeks ago and was looking for any feedback or anyone else with lighting mods and i know its a terrible pic!

looks good. vht night shade? i'm personally a sucker for the jdm smoked/red lights. debating on picking them up or different set of wheels. kinda have an itch to get some 17's for some reason.

I just have the OEM JDM clear LED's on mines. Almost went smoked but decided to get my LED's instead. I can post some pics when I snap some.

thanks for the input. jr40er put some pics on when u get a chance i want some options if i get tired of the murdered out look. and underdog i like the bigger wheel look on the fit the short wheelbase makes the wheels look huge. keep me updated on anythang

I tinted mine with the VHT Nite Shade spray tint. About 4 or 5 coats I think.

yessir

yup thats what i used. for anyone who's gonna use this make sure you clean your lights with windex really good and make sure you have a hairdryer ready so you can 'bake' the light when you have it at your desired darkness. any ???? ask myself or Sid 6.7.

nah

it doesn't show orange peel just like anything else as long as its done right. thats why i was saying to do it in shades and bake it on to reduce errors. don't spray it on so heavy and it will come out good. my friend and I have done 5 sets of diff lights so far(diff shades) and none of them have the peel
