Lousy I-10 truck traffic

My Fit is getting chewed up baaaddd while driving from rio rico to work or to the parents up in tucson. My hood looks like a acne faced high schooler and im breakin the windshield 3 to 4 times a year. WTF! Do you guys have this problem? Also, what about car bras and hood deflectors. good or FTL. lemme know. I-19 and I-10 corridors suck hairy bowls.
Seems like since the economy went to crap here in southern AZ. all hell has broken loose.

Car bras will help, but like all things, can only go so far. If the road is really crap, the big rocks will still hit. Also the bra only covers so much, rocks are good about finding the sections where the bra stops and the juicy paint begins again.

Hood deflectors deflect, problem is what about the parts below and around the deflector? I see those more of a solution for looks rather than function.

That being said, either are still better than nothing if the road you travel suck.
