Southeast Fit Meet
 

Looking at a US highway map, I saw that there are roads going to Atlanta from almost every major city in the Southeast. Who would be up for a Southeast meet in Atlanta?

I'm down. Tho that's easy for me to say cuz I live here. :cool:

Maybe we can plan a Fit Freak Meet during NOPI. I'm sure they'll be some people on the boards heading there in Sept. That may be a good time. Maybe tie it in w/ the Honda-Tech meet they do every year at the Varsity.

There is a honda-tech meet in Bham, AL I will be attended to, the meet is in a few weeks.

Well if it's for NOPI maybe we should move this topic to the Car Show/Event section.

Bleh... I've never been a fan of NOPI, but I'd be down to try and make a meet in Atlanta. I'm going down in September for the Dave Matthews concert, might try and make the H-T meet in Birmingham that RickyGD brought up.

P.S. - unFITone... I saw you post somewhere else that you were at Deals Gap with StunnaBen... do you know Sean? Teal hatch? I know him from JDMC, and have been to a few meets that he's been to in Spartanburg... wondering if we've met before.

Not sure if we've met before. I went to a couple of his meets in Greenville. I think I took my SR S13 Hatch to the meets.

Hmm... not sure if I remember seeing any S13s... I used to take my red '89 RX-7.

So should we try for Saturday Sept 15th?

I'll be in Atlanta that weekend, but will be attending the Dave Matthews concert and won't be able to attend. General Admission = standing in line all day to get good seats. :D

What about the 16th?

Crixtala - As for the 16th, why not join us during the 2nd day of the NOPI show? You can tell us all about the concert. :cool:

It's the only day that won't interfere with NOPI for those in town for it.

If your planning on 7, I probably won't make it. I'm going to the Honda-Tech meet which will start at Kroger near NOPI then rolling out to Varsity around 9:30. Here's a link to the details on H-T.

Our meet will start as a Fit meet and turn into a Honda meet. No complaints here.

Good call. For some reason I thought MarkyMark put Saturday. I won't make it Friday. Gonna go to a Mix Martial Arts Fight in North ATL w/ some buddies. Will see everyone Saturday night at the H-T meet.

I drove from Tampa to Nashville for a meet. I drove from Tampa to Bham Al for a meet. Now I'm driving to ATL for nopi from Tampa.

3 meets in 3 months in 3 different states.

Ah, quit making me want to skip my exam to drive down there!:p If we ever have one over one of my breaks down in ATL i'd love to go, and I could actually make some sort of a vacation out of it.
