i forgot to mention that if anyone has Radio walkie talkies then bring it and if you dont try and borrow it from one of your friends in case anyone gets lost then you can get back on track.

Also we should have a buddy system for those who may not have a walkie talkie with ones who do... . just an idea.

Yeah Vince that is a great idea. I highly recommend walkie talkies.

So do we have a specific place in Pacifica to meet in the morning, and a specific place in santa cruz to stop and BBQ lol?

Tyler

This is where we are meeting in pacifica (as suggested by Kelsodeez):

Sea Bowl Entertainment Center
4625 Coast Highway, Pacifica, California 94044

As far as santa cruz that is still up in the air. I am not too familiar with Santa Cruz so if there are any suggestions lets hear it.

Just joined Forum

Just bought my new FIT, and was hoping to find a meet. Unfortunately I wont be around for the August date....be sure and plan more this fall so I meet up with the group. I want to get some great ideas from you all on add-on's for my new tidewater blue sport.

I just said I wont be able to be there, but a great place to bbq in Santa Cruz is Natural Bridges SB, right off of HWY 1. You can either drive into the park (pay) and park and bbq in the picnic area or on the beach....or park outside for free...lots of parking in the residential neighborhood right outside the park and its just a 3 minute walk to the beach from there.

Natural Bridges SB

Here is the Natural Bridges website...it says it has a picnic and barbeque area. You might want to call ahead and make sure it is not booked by a large group for that day, though I have never seen a group there. Used to surf there every weekend...never was a big 'event' spot and I could never figure out why.

I saw the site and it is $0.50/30min if we are just gonna park there and BBQ so it isnt bad. I am guessing we will stay there atleast 3-4 hours from 12-4 which would be about $4 to park there.

Day Use Fees

brother is bringing his rebuilt D15B engine' Civic DX, we both rebuilt it, and put it back together from the crank case. hope he finishes it, he just installed the new passenger seats, and the floor mats. Trying to figure out how to mount the rear platforms.
