Painting Headlights

id help you, but ive never done this.
throw them in the oven and take a butter knife to them. if you mess them up, you can always buy my nhbp headlights.

I would like to do this as well but I know it is a lot harder than painting the fog's.

lol.. kelso just trade me straight up for your headlights.. mine's are 08' headlights mint condition.. oooooooooo. ahhaha.

hahaha what the hell would i do with some janky usdm headlights? (yes i am a jdm snob now haha)

DIY: Taking apart the headlight

look at that thread. i did this and it looks good. id show you pics but i dont know much about computers. i have an ssm though and i painted them black. as soon as i find out how to post pics ill show them to you.

I also painted the relector black. well my girlfriend did all of the painting but ya it looks sick. good luck

My friend did this on his Mitsu Evo headlights. Dont put it in the oven you could melt the plastic before you melt the glue. take a heat gun and gradually heat the glue. dont just concentrate the heat on one spot, because that could make you head light crack. take a knife and gently seperate it. when you put it back together, i think my friend use black silicon for like roofing or something to put it back together. he's headlights turned out great. but his taillights has a small 1 inch crack in them.

ok well i did it and had no cracks and the plastic didnt melt at all.
