Help installing tail lights and hfp exhaust

Can anyone help me install these two? They are both brand new and I don't wanna f it up. I think one of the bolt is stripped and another is very tight.

where are u located and do u have a GD or GE?

I can go anywhere in the bay. I'm in SF and in the southbay for work. I have a GD.
