You can roll with the group to the event but you'll have to find some parking somewhere else.

if you wanna get there early you can roll with us. we're just meeting up some place so we can roll in together. cause we're suppose to. but i think roll in is butt early. and the meet doesnt start til like 10am or noon. something like that. i dunno

 

ok just got the word back. I asked if we could have other people roll with us even though they are not going to park inside. Here is the response

"probably not. we need as little as people as possible in the gates so they dont get in the way while we are parking cars. we also dont need all the extra traffic hours before the event opens"

So what I suggest is that those that aren't going plan their own seperate caravan thread. Gates open to the public @ 11am.

Ok guys the roll in times will be announced on Wednesday! So please watch this thread and check back often to see when we are scheduled to arrive and park in the facility.

Since gates open to the public @ 11am. Keep a heads up that roll in could be as EARLY as 9am. Please plan accordingly.
