we got raided by cops they said we can come back next week, come around 8 pm

we weren't "raided". my understanding is that the cops came out the first time and was just chilling with the mall security. later on that night, there were reports of 3 cars "street racing" to the meet, so the cops came out a second time and simply told everybody to go home that night.

 

Where is everyone meeting up at... ( location at the OTAY RANCH MALL ) ... I.E. what parking lot area...??
