is that ribbons in thee military? jw.

 

those ribbons are equivalent to their respective medals recieved but i think that some ribbons dont have a medal as well. based on his semper fi sig and his user name usmc im pretty sure he is a Marine.

 

from left to right...combat action ribbon, presidential unit citation, selected marine corps reserve medal, national defense medal, iraqi campaign medal, global war on terrorism service medal, sea service deployment ribbon, and armed forces reserve medal w/ "M" device.

pretty much tells you my story. i was a reservist in the marines and was called up after 9/11. fought in the initial invasion back in '03...

 

ooh.... its cuz thee very last one.. looks very familiar to mee, i was in jrotc for 2 years... & hmm... had to memorize those ribbons. but i dnt member it now. hahaha
