Can't you set the dampening level to full soft?

yeah, my pro-c's are pretty harsh (for my preference) even at a valve setting of 5 - i blame the springs . i'd think the only way to smoothen out the ride is to order the less agressive springs from skunk2, IIRC they're 600kg front and 400kg rear.

Skunk2 is known to have stiff springs.

After doing some extensive reading on springs/shocks/coilovers, I've decided that you indeed are correct-- it IS the springs. 8kf/6kr is definitely not socal road-friendly I'm thinkin of orderin the softer spring rates, but I wonder what the premium is...

You comin out tonight!?

Yup, I'm on full soft right now. For the record, I can't feel every block of concrete on the freeway, but the big dips and change in height definitely feels like a rabbit kicked your kidneys. I just had my mom drive me home from work (we work at the same hospital and had the same shift last night) and realized that it's a lot smoother as a passenger. Which is good!

You comin out tonight as well? I want a t1r cpillar

i was thinking of doing the same (buying softer springs). i'd imagine they're not much more than a set of their lowering springs but i could be wrong.

sorry, i said i would be at the meet but i still have so much moving and un-packing to do. i gotta finish by saturday. if not, i won't be able to go to the SD bbq/wrench meet

You should ride in my DB8. It's pretty stiff for passengers. I really don't mind the stiffness. I'm getting new coilovers soon with even stiffer spring rates. My Flex is 10K front / 7K rear. I'm going to upgrading to 14K front/ 8K rear.

And yes, I'll at the 714 Meet tonight.

Hahaha, sounds like your teg is glued to the road! I've had my share of bumpy rides, the M3 isn't the cloud-floater the Fit is, hahaha. I just wish I had the $$$ to drop some extra stuff in the ///M :*(

I'll probably see ya there then!

More like late-early SLEEPER. Lol, I just got off shift, about to hit the sack for a nappy nap before I either:

1-hit up Vegas
2-hit up Disneyland
3-hit up the Fit meet

2&3 will happen together, but obviously won't happen if 1 happens. happen?

Mornin'!
