Sweet! I missed the Greddy event last time. I want to go! I don't think I'm going to the Speed Ventures autocross event anymore. I'll be in San Diego that weekend. Plus I still have to tweak some things on the DB8.

so, i started looking for a scooter/moped to replace my Fit for quick trips to the grocery store or a slurpee at 7eleven but i would rather be castrated than buy a vespa (no offense LoL). i saw the scooter/moped in Dan's sig and began my research. i found totalruckus.com and i think i've found my new ride . naturally, once i've decided on the Ruckus it didn't take long for me to start looking for mods

I think I've seen that Ruckus before... And that's at the Disney Concert Hall! I work a few blocks away. I wonder how he got to the lot. I think you have to pay though.

hell yes! at first i didn't think they were all that practical, until i realized how often i leave my home then come back, then leave, then come back again just to leave another 20 minutes later. even with a 100cc motor, i think the Ruckus could do between 80-100 mpgs AND (probably won't be legal) get me up to freeway speeds

i heard that new Vespa owners need to kiss a male salesman then touch stomachs after purchase... jk!!!

 

One of my friends has a Ruckus that can get up to 70MPH.

 

I am actually trying to work a deal on a pair of them. One for me and one for the wife

i'm going to see if anyone would be willing to sell a pre-modified Ruckus.. with the amount of leisure/free time i have, i'll never get around to modding a brand new one - it would probably cost a lot less too
