hmmm, crafty landlords.. i hadn't known about this, it came to me as a surprise late last week. i get a call asking if i was the renter of the townhouse, i said yes, and he said he would have a check for the amount of $2000 for me.. at first i thought it was a scam, but he had asked me to meet with him in his office for a more formal explanation and to sign a few bank papers. i was convinced afterward.

i get my $3500 deposit back AND a $2000 check... i'm happy now

Did you really think this was Thanksgiving break week already? Man that must have sucked to realize it wasnt.
I think you do need a vacation tho. seems like your sense of time is whack!

i had dinner at my GF's family bakery: longonisa/filipino sausage breakfast and two corned beef empanadas
