Wow I am super tired! Broadcom meeting went a lil longer then I expected...but at lease I got take home some stuff to try out! Just got back from the swim and dam I can eat a whole cow!!! ROTFL but I'm too lazy to cook or go out for dinner! hahaha

Anybody know anything about Spoon Springs?or seen them on a Fit?

I wouldn't recommend Spoon springs for a street car. The spring rates are too stiff for daily driving.

Usually I would opt for coilovers. But if you want to go with springs, I recommend Eibach.

those are one of my Top faves!

... and lucky charms, and apple jacks, and frosted flakes, and etc.

just out of curiosity, what are the spring rates for spoon springs? my pro-c's are 800kg front/600kg rear and i think they're overkill for my DD

damn them! they never developed anything for the gd3.. i do hope they start R&D for the ge8 though
Spoon springs were made to be used in conjunction with their dampers. I assume the rates would be well above 10K for the front/rear. I think 12K is the stiffest I'd go for daily driving.

ewww!! cinnamon toast crunch are OOOkay. hahah >.< i hate thee fact that they get all soggy and than they get all fat and thick and gross! then again, that happens to all cereal.. but its worse if its cinnamon toast crunch. hahaha :P
