So, I got my Fit from Rancho Santa Margarita Honda and they offered a VIP service that included free oil changes for 36,000 (or more if you get the extended warranty). But when I called them to schedule an oil change today, the rep told me they changed the policy and they only give you the fifth oil change free after you buy four! I told the guy to forget it because I can change my oil for 1/2 what they wanted to charge. Then he said, "Not with genuine Honda parts" and laughed and hung up on him.

I feel bad for the people that got suckered into buying the extended warranty to keep the free oil changes coming for up to 100,000 miles because they're really getting screwed.

 

genuine honda parts.. psha... what bull... take it to another honda dealership... see what they say...

if u have any of the VIP service in writing, they have to honor it... 100%... doesnt matter if they changed it
