i've been up since 5:20am
i just went to this spot over the weekend, ROYAL/T Café
ROYAL/T CAFE, STORE AND ARTSPACE

it's a japanese art gallery and tea house. the art is breath taking! they had a few murakami pieces that they were showcasing, i recognized them immediately, i had seen those same pieces at the MOCA exhibition.
i was speaking with one of the owners while i was there and they exhibit new art every month from high-profile artists to japanese natives to local talent. the waitresses wear maid outfits which is a cool novelty but none of them were japanese (when i was there) so it seemed more like a gimmick.
prices are fair, $4.00 for a small pot of tea. i recommend the ROYAL/T Milk Tea. DELICIOUS! they also serve café food: sandwiches, fruit bowls, etc. i didn't get to try any but that just gives me another reason to go back.
best part - there was an NSX, s2k, and '09 STI parked right outside

There was a teal one near my apartment that had a set of Fit rims.

sneak peek of the new wheels.. sorry for the crappy iPhone pics

the stance is before the suspension settled, after my drive back to the valley it got lower by a quarter inch, i'm tucking front and rear tire now

i'll be replacing the striped electrical tape for grip-tape soon, note called them speed-lines
hahaha.. i just gotta get off my ass and make the template
