Lets keep it Alive!!!!

if i had the disposable income for it, it would already be mine! the price is out of my budget, although worth every penny +more. nwp4life.com has a vehicles for sale forum too, in case you hadn't already posted it up there

It was drizzling this morning on the way to work, so I decided to turn on my headlights and fog lights. Once I came to an intersection and stopped behind an SUV, I noticed that my passenger headlight wasn't working. When I turned my headlights off, the passenger daytime-running light was working (Which uses the high beam filament). Does this mean that the low beam filament has burned out or is there an electrical probably that I can fix? Or should I just replace the bulb? Thanks in advance.
