...hope everyone had a fun and safe holiday weekend! time to get back on that grind
i bought an ITR replica steering wheel over the weekend for my EF. it feels much better than the OEM semi-truck sized steering wheel that was chewed down to the skeleton after 200k of use

. save up for a down payment on a home. go 3% on an FHA loan or 7% on a conventional; banks can't afford to say no these days.. i'm still waiting for the bank to accept my offer
So many good deals out there
My cousin is a realtor in MoVal and they have 5 bedroom 3 bath homes for 200k.
we'll buy a home when we can truly afford to. need a good 10-15% to get a great loan these days.

nah, 3% on an FHA and 7% on a conventional is plenty. it just depends on how hard your loan officer is willing to work for you. lucky for me, wifey's ninang is a loan officer.

Promoter: Pacquiao is "all in," waiting to hear from Mayweather | The Fabulous Forum | Los Angeles Times
Arum finally breaks his silence on the negotiations and where they all stand with the fight.
Basically Pac has agreed to all testing(from the previous dealings in Nov.) and to fighting in Vegas and the purse split.
Mayweather remains oddly silent.
