i wanted to wait until next week to get tires but these are pretty bald now. so we shopped around. ended up with jlb, then the difference isn't a lot so now we are getting the rims too.

congrats on the wheels, mike! i have slips too. they're not spectacular but definitely better than steelies -- in my case, oem sport alloys.
i finally got around to stripping my bike yesterday. gonna buy sandpaper, primer, and spray paint so i can start my single speed project
still need a road bike raiser bar, stem, and proper rims/tires.... taking baby steps but it's an awesome experience so far.
aaannnnnd.. placing my order next week for a dpfi to mpfi conversion harness, vtec jumper harness, and obd0 to 0bd1 conversion harness. total of $240.00 versus rywire.com's $800.00 quote (ouch). PM me for all your wireing/harness needs
