NO!! you can purchase refurbished non 3gs iPhones on the apple website or attmobile.com for $50 and the 3gs for $100. i bought mine refurbished and it works better than my roommate's new 3gs lol

check the review/debate on new versus refurbished iPhones. people would rather buy refurbished ones because they're inspected twice from factory versus just once brand new from apple. not to mention, MUCH cheaper

its a decent price for an unlocked 3g... i was going to suggest other tmobile phones.. but i just looked and the selection isnt great.. lol sry

 

i would assume that if it's through att or apple that the price would be for with a new contract and not unlocked.

Went to the Avalon last night in hollywood.. interesting night to say the least. Took my lightgloves... girl came up to me and told me it was her birthday and she wanted a show. i got up and when i started she started grabbing my hips and trying to put her hands down my pants -.- HAHA skipping the XXX stuff.. i feel like a slut. i woke up today with 2 half dollar sized hickies on each side of my neck.... FML!!!!!!!!!
