Glad you guys postponed the meet. I went to a comedy show taping in Long Beach this afternoon and I was in traffic for 2 hours. I drove the GE8 through the flooded 710. And it made it!

 

woo! glad everything was ok with your ge8 regardless of the condition of the 710. i was listening to the news and they said that all the lanes were flooded near Lakewood

 

the 710 was closed at a certain point.

 

I'm glad too. It was a really sketchy situation. It wasn't like I had the choice of busting a bitch on the freeway. Plus the closest exit was flooded. I just got as close to the center divider as possible and drove slowly, hoping for the best.

 

bizump... this week should be relatively dry... tue rain/wed AM rain.. so wed night should be good, although prob cold

 

guys i cant stay at my girls house on wednesday so i dont think i can make it =[

1. not sure... two weeks ago there was about 7 fits + couple other cars
2. starbucks on the corner of devonshire & reseda
3. i try to get there early due to work (8:30)..but a lot of people get there 9 or 10ish..
4. if course... everyone is welcome! as long as you behave..

if no one decides to go a bit early then i dont think i'll drive out...

 

i should be going next week and our cars should be able to stay clean haha due to no rain!
