5 attempts, 2 voice messages, not a single return. maybe i'm being too optimistic, but they're probably hard at work trying to finish up our shirts in time.

i just got a call back no more than a minute after hitting the reply button
ok, here's the deal. the santa ana winds knocked out the internet service for his entire neighborhood so he's been going to kinko's to check email, print invoices, etc. hence the lagg.
good news first, he's received everything, received my artwork, and has been doing his best to churn out all his shirt orders given his internet situation. bad news, he hasn't started on our order yet because there are a few customers that had placed their orders before our shirts so he's making sure they're taken care of first.
somewhat good news, i asked if the shirts would be done before Friday and he said he's nearly finished with the order before ours so he should be buying the shirts, shirt-boards and begin printing tomorrow. fingers crossed
