I've been to Palomar since the early 90's and believe me with sum of u guys with no experience it can be quite dangerous if u don't have a good plan on how to drive up with alot of people. Keep your distance and no your limits. remember going down hill is very dangerous with the wrong tires and brakes. oh and when u guys get done don't use your e brakes when u park put it in gear cause you'll glaze the rotors or burn the pads.. I think i should go and conduct this run if my wife will let me go..lol

 

Thanks for the advice. I have been going up Palomar Mtn since I was 3 years old on the back of a motorcycle, as well as driving up and down the mountain at least 3 to 4 times a month. I have gone up with as many as 20 people. Feel free to join us! The more the merrier.

 

Are ya'll still cool with driving up there if it is raining? I know I am...just take it slower. I am sure there is some snow at the top.

Yup Yup. It is for sure going down tomorrow. It doesn't matter what the weather is like. If there is snow at the top of the mountain..it makes for better pics.

For everyone going, I should be there a little after 1030 or so. Figured we would leave the meetup spot by 1130 at the latest.

so this is for the socal guy. where do you guys wanna meet up at?! im saying autobacs cause its easier to find and what not. but if you guys wanna meet somewhere else post it.

if we are going to meet up at autobacs i say we meet up at around like 6 roll out at 7ish? get to the meet up place in SD around 10:30? cause i know there might be traffic. LMK!
