honestly GD seems bit faster than the GE

it was fun even just watching, i gotta get my fit running down the track next time, nice runs FITS!!

 

i hope someone can answer this for me:

1. what is per session (1 lap, 15 min, the whole day, etc.)?

2. i'm a beginner. is this good for beginners to start off on?

 

Answer:
1. $20.00 per session is 3 rounds and each round is 3 laps. (1 warm up, 1 timed, and 1 cool down.)

2. its most def a course for beginners. its an easy and well laid out course.
