Hey guys I'm looking to get my windows tinted, and I was wondering if any of you guys had any recommendations. I live in Cerritos by the way. Thanks!

Tony's window tint. I've been using him to tint all my cars since 2000. He's the best and uses the best stuff. Lifetime warranty on the tint (never had to use it but he still warranties it). Oh and he's mobile so he comes to you! All u need is a plug and shade if possible. Wash the car previous to him coming too so he has clean windows inside and out. Don't use windex to clean the windows, just soap and water on the outside and clean water for the inside. His number is 626-394-3518. He did my whole car (all 9 windows any shade) for $160.

thanks guys for the responses, however these places are a bit far for me since I live in Cerritos. Hopefully someone here lives in Cerritos and knows a place a bit closer, if not I'll just go to one of those places in Rosemead. Hey koolkevin, would your guy come to Cerritos? I don't know where exactly La Crescentia is, but i think its pretty far from Cerritos.

Well actually the guy lives in san gabriel which is very close to cerritos, and yes he will drive. San gabriel is 20 minutes from la crescenta and 20 minutes from cerritos, right in the middle.

i see hm it'd definitely be a lot more convenient having the person come to me...is it 160 including him driving over? also I read in a thread somewhere that its better to have the ting cut by computers, does he do that?

and azncarbos thanks for the info

Johnson. I believe Pro-Tint in Rosemead uses Solar Gard. I was going to get mine done at Pro-Tint, but the guy gave me one price on the phone and another price when I got there, so I was annoyed. LOL

haha thanks man, do you recommend washing the windows prior to going in? One of my windows in the rear is a bit smudged.

he going to clean it before applying on the tint...just don't have sap or mud on the windows. He will take about 1hour to hour and half... I would recommend bring a friend with you and go grad breakfast and then come back.

just to update you guys:

i got my windows tinted, and they look great! I got 5% in the back and 35% in the front. I'm a little worried about being pulled over for having the windows being too dark in the front..I didn't think 35% was that much but when I look at it in my garage with dim lighting i can see the outline of the inside but not much else. Anyways, ill post pics soon!
