Headliner/Wrench meet?

I know a good amount of fitfreakers and lurkers wanted to do their headliners and some wanted to install some new parts that they had lying around. They asked me to help show them how to remove the panels and headliner so I wanted to do this meet before I head out of state and start school. I was wondering if anyone was willing to host a meet at their place. Maybe we can all chip in some money for the host. We can all make a stop at Joanne's to find fabric for our headliners.

i can ask my in-laws.. they've got a HUGE driveway; space for 9 cars (or 12 Fits LoL) and they live on a cul-de-sac. i'm always using my future father-in-law's tools to work on the Fit but it's kinda embarrassing since it's not my place.... i'll ask today after work

- if they dont see it apart, it wont be a problem. Plus after they discover my subwoofer this weekend i dont think anything can top that.

its just... I'm ocd and im thinking about the future when the glue wears off and the headliner begins to sag and touch my head. but im thinking by then i'll just go get it professionally done or something... hmmmmm oh yeah im also indecisive. haha

i twould depend on the fabric you choose. there are different costs for different fabric and patterns and such.

jason just use gorilla glue and such... plus if you really want to change a design or something... you could just take it off and restart and stuff... its not totally permanent

Watch Dan, no matter which house we are at, his parents are going to kick us out while we have our headliners on the ground drying lol. JK Jason, but don't be afraid to mod your car...if you are going to be OCD and shit about it then don't even think about putting anything in your car. And the headliner only sags if you use the wrong material/glue with improper preparation.

BTW Fitnessjay, you are going fit meet crazy lol...I have been reading your post and its all about "I want another meet now." Can't blame you though, when I first went to a fit meet, I couldn't wait for the next one.

Hmm maybe if you guys are down to make a trip to my place my parents would be alright with it, only thing is my garage door is broken so we would have to use the small garage door that you have to lift yourself. There is aslo a Joanne's here not to far from my house. I want to do my headliner also. LMK cause im going to be officially unreachable by the 3rd.

You guys set up a date and I will be there to help. As long as it is before Aug 12. This weekend wouldn't be a bad idea either.
