yup you can gift parts... you just have to buy an extra one at the tuning screen... like if you already have the part... try buying it again and it'll go into your gift section, which you can then gift.

ive been doing all of the b spec races for money. made like 450k yesterday on that shit, then blew it all on a car that i thought was faster than my car but it wasnt even close. wasting money ftw!
