I'm planning on getting my m1 and a small size(100-250cc) cafe racer. I wouldn't mind ridding with ruckuses.

honda ruckus is considered a motor driven cycle, so legally you need your M1 license. insurance will vary, average amount i've seen is around $100 for the whole year for liability coverage. registration is pretty like a car. you buy it brand new, dealer takes care of it. you buy it used, you gotta pay for the registration at dmv and even that varies.
