Anyone throw any codes since winter's shown up?

I threw one on the weekend. Not sure what it is yet. Nothing major. car is running fine. It was plus 12 the day before and minus 12 in the morning. I wonder if that was the factor? I'll know what it is shortly.

True that. We've been above normal so far. Plus 12 at the end of Nov is unheard of.

ECT and IAT. Conflict with the 2 regarding temps. I had it plugged in on the weekend .( -15) He said I should wait until at least -20. Apparenly this happens with Integra's as well. ( Dealer ship guy said this)

Define "plugged in on the weekend".

I've been plugging in my block heater for only a 1/2 hour for over a month.
(Only on the coldest mornings.)

Just enough to cut down the wait time for the cold light to go out and the idle to come down to 1,000 rpm.

No sign of any problems.

So have I, almost every morning on a timer, including days like today (+12°).

That sounds odd to me; you have the same 'conflict' whenever you start the car warm. Do you know the actual trouble code?

Not the actual code but it threw 2 codes. So the Tech figures there was a conflict. He's seen this kind of error before, But not on Fit's. This was actually his first scan job on a fit.

UPDATE:

Apparently there is a reflash for the fits already for a fix.

Hey, after the last cold spell in Winnipeg I'm surprised any cars are still running.

No Trouble North of Barrie this Winter

My Fit has performed excellent this winter season! On the coldest mornings it cranked up and started with ease.

Looking forward to the Spring to add some modifications to my Fit.

Never any problems starting in the morning. The conflict came from when it was plugged in. Anything warmer than -15 ( like mornings of -12 - -15) I would get a check engine light. Anything colder was Fine. It has something to do with the coolant temp sensor reading incorrecly during start up when it's plugged in at those temps ( above - 15)

Correction. The reflash was only for the air bag recall. Kinda sucks. I'll have to clear the codes until they find a fix i guess.

Gouuuulet.

I'm having the odd problem starting it when cold. It cranks fine, but seems like there's no gas. If I turn off the Fit and start it again, it fires up. Seems like I'm having issues with the fuel pump and the check valve (loosing fuel pressure in the line when not in use).
