Well, got a call today to say that my car is here. So we went by tonight and had a look and to take some pictures. We pick it up on Saturday morning. I'm really happy we went with Orange, it has to be seen in person.

I'm utterly jealous!
We purchased a Fit last weekend. I wanted orange or blue. They can't find either. I'm down here near St. Catharines.
Apparently there's like one blue in all of Ontario and the dealer isn't giving it up.
And I see where the orange went jk. I hope you love it!
Hopefully I'll get one soon. I might be opting for red now...we'll see how things roll.

Hey there, thank for the kind words. We ordered the car on April 2nd I think and it came pretty quick. I guess we got lucky. I was chatting with the sales guy for a few minutes tonight, and he said this is the only know orange from here to Halifax, take that for what its worth I guess, as you never can really trust those guy's. :-p

There was a Blue Sport in the showroom tonight when I went in, and I must say, it would have been my second choice if I had not fallen in love with the Orange.

 

I have seen that Orange on other cars. It must look amazing on the FIT

My kind of floormat! - seriously I keep cardboard / brownpaper handy in my CRV when ever there's a dirt road or parking lot in my itinery

 

I finally saw an Orange Fit last night. Due to the angle of the sun, it looked too peachy.

Will be a wicked evening colour.

 

I did notice the "peachyness" last night, but only from certain angles. It is a very strange paint job seems to change depending on the light.

Overall I think its a nice color for this car.

 

Wheww!! Though I was the only one **** enough to do that. I have a cutout of laminate flooring underlay on the drivers side at all times. To keep the mat from wearing.

No I don't have any pictures of it in the sunlight. It was last night, and we dont pick the car up until Saturday. I will be taking a bunch pics then.

 

You're sooo lucky, I've put a $500 deposit back in FEB for a Storm Grey sport. no word of arrival yet. in fact we phoned a few dealerships in Vancouver, no one can promise when you'll get the car...
