Focus group: You get locked in a room, then a team of marketing dudes throw a bunch of questions about the FIT at you... and you get paid $100 bucks

Odds are these focus groups will determine what options the next generation Fit will have.

Lucky you are.

Why don't you think they won't go to Calgary? Was it the cattle guard option you guys asked for?

A focus group. That is pretty cool. Wants: better fuel economy, they were able to up the HP on the civic at the same time increasing the fuel economy. Height adjustable driver's seat. Thanks for asking.

Yeah, better fuel economy -- a proper 5th gear for those of us who don't use cruise control and/or have enough sense to shift down on a steep hill. Flat rear floor. DIN radio faceplate. And I'd like it around 6" longer (for a full 8' inside) and 4" lower (for less drag).

Sunroof, heated mirrors and 4 wheel disk brakes. Basically the options offered in the other markets.

I can live with most of the things with the Fit.
But one thing bothers me as I am leary of being rear-ended.

Why they put a tiny 21W bulb in the rear and yet on the front they
have the same with a fresnel lens. On a sunny day I check my mirror
for the guy that can't see the rear turn signal in time!!!

Take a look in a parking lot and see what all the other cars have, bug,
bright and safe and with amber lenses, not an amber bulb.

I got a focus group call but couldn't do it due to scheduling. I also got a phone call to do a 3 minute survey rating the buying experience (1-5 scale).
