The Lollicup meets are normally pretty big. When they first started they were huge, theyve died down a little because its always the same cars.

Theyre getting bigger here in FL. I only know of 3, its not a lot at all but its a start.

What kind of camera are you using? And yes, your pics are always very crisp.

I see this thing a lot too. Not to be a dick, but its one slow K20 EG. Ive seen it run.

 

Thanks! Its just a Nikon D50... i take a lot of pleasure in getting the results i'm getting from a camera that really is on the low-end of the digital SLR ranks... but like anything in the world, if you can use it, it doesn't have to be the "best" piece of machinery to get great results ... hehe.

I'm saving up for a new D3 though.... but thats like $5,000 or so for the camera body

 

Im getting a Nikon D40 for Christmas. Figured Id start low and introduce myself into the SLR world. I think Ill do well with it. Get some lenses.

Anytime Im just driving around I find the best places to take pics, I cant never stop to take them because I have the worst camera. And I broke my tripod. Hahah. Cant wait till I get my camera.

I posted a thread but I feel like it's easy to miss on its own... plus it's kind last minute, and I know at least all you guys are subscribed to this thread so you'll hopefully get an email about the post, read it, and decide to go to the meet!
I'll be there, even though I have a red eye early morning wednesday out to Maine, I need a car fix before I can't drive for 2 weeks and have to look at 8 plus inches of snow!!!!
Gd3kamiwanab will be in attendance, and maybe fit_2_fcuk (I'll probably call and bug you tuesday)
Anyone else? I have a friend from Tampa who loves Orlando and drives a Carrera, so I'm trying to convince him to come out too...

Anyway, let's make the fit presence known!
