Took my Fit to the Nurburgring
I've done the Nurburgring a couple of times in cars far quicker than my Fit. In short, I deeply suspect your time of 8:19 for 14.2 miles (102 mph average)
I haf called up my German friend who drives the Ring regularly and he had a funny tale to tell. Seems his last trip there were 2 Fits paying to lap the Ring and betting who was fastest. Neither broke 18 minutes. The faster of the 2 turned 18.06. By the way even if you left out the "1" you'd be last. The other was 18.12.

Yesterday I took my Jazz to the real Nurburgring-Nordschleife for four laps. At the moment, my car is in stock specification but it was a real blast to drive. The elevation changes are much more drastic than in video games or clips on YouTube. It's great fun but difficult with such soft suspension. It's impossible to drive real fast especially because of the fact that I got the slowest car and was constantly overtaken by some S2000, Porsche GT3 and Audi R8. The whole car sways on the bumps. What is more, the European 1.4 engine with 83 hp is sufficent but too weak sometimes. No chance to drive more than 150 km/h in some parts because of no power.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed the drive that lasted approx. 15 Minutes per lap and I'm looking forward to drive on the Ring next time with new suspension, exhaust and light weight rims. Anybody else who took his Fit to the Ring?

Anyone stupid enought to think he was expecting anyone to believe it should be banned. Go google something called "humor" or maybe "sarcasm."
You will enjoy the laps very much. If it weren't for watching out for the blitzers the scenery itself is awesome. And while you are there rent a ride with one of the instructors. Very eye opening.
i posted that in march, and you bring up a 5 month old post for what?
go post in the welcome threads you ****in noob
welcome to fitfreak asshole
Groan. Stop that hurts.
This thread should be shat on!!! what a wast of time!!!! The worst part is some dumb asses believed it was a real car!!! WTF!!! Please don't waste our time again!!! Post real shit only. This isn't a playstation forum!!! This is fitfreak.net not GT4homo's.org!!!
haha yeah; "Hey later on, I'm going to prop a bucket of water above your door so when you open the door, it dumps on you. But act surprised, okay?"
I think more realistically, people should just relax and not take everything they see on the internet seriously.
