Recently moved to Fairfield,CA and as i would assume there wouldnt be much here, anyone know of any SF meets that go on? Or possibly Sac? Just tryin to get out and network and what better way then to do it with people that share a common love....the Fit

 

As for the moment, the Bay Area Fit is on cool down from the last meet....

However, we usually have a In and Out once a mouth.

But i would be interested in the in and out get togethers. Which one do people normally get together at?

Sweet I'm from Fremont, but unfortunately I bought my Fit (at Capitol Honda in San Jose) the day before I had to drive down for school, UC Irvine... booo!

 

Check out the Bay Area section. Thats where all the meets are orginized and planned.

 

I looked in there the other day, and there was a map of a road in my area that I didn't even know existed. AND, someone had taken a movie of the drive that I watched most of.

The road looks great, but I'm a little nervous, as I'm still not used to driving this car. Are there any roads that people can suggest in the general SF area that aren't TOO scary? Where i can kind of learn to drive the FIT, without holding up traffic for miles?

I want to build some confidence. I haven't even gotten to the point yet where I know where the front end ends. I suppose I could go to the SF Zoo parking lot late at night and just drive around in circles. But that's not very fun.

 

It would be awesome to have meets in SF itself. I only see two other fixed up fits there other than myself so if there are any SF meets where can I find this Bay Area section?

 

It would so great to see a fit meeting in SF. Anyone want to set up a date?

 

id be down for an ocean beach meet when the weather warms up a bit.

I think there is a serramonte meet around there. The parking lot that the meet is held near the starbucks/ across from the big 5 sporting good store. A good meet would be Treasure island.
